Dr. Elena Bicherova received her Doctorate degree in Psychology from Bryansk State University. She specializes in working with teens and adults navigating anxiety, panic attacks, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), PTSD, and OCD. She has extensive experience working with new mothers, postpartum depression and anxiety, perinatal/postpartum OCD, and women’s health.

Dr. Bicherova is a compassionate psychologist whose style is warm, collaborative, and strengths-based. She focuses on helping individuals to improve their sense of well-being by using evidence-based methods. She has helped many people find themselves by adhering to the principles of personality development.

Dr. Bicherova has a broad foundation both in academic psychology and in the practice of counseling psychology and has written over 60 scientific publications.

Dr. Bicherova is currently seeing clients via telehealth and provides therapy services in both Russian and English.
