Dr. Sarah Boutros earned her Doctorate and Master’s degrees in Clinical Psychology from Alliant International University in San Diego and holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Neuroscience from the University of Toronto. She completed her predoctoral internship at Centerstone Consortium in Bradenton, Florida, focusing on integrated care and substance use treatment.

With over four years of experience, Dr. Boutros provides psychotherapy to adolescents and adults utilizing an integrative, trauma-informed approach drawing from psychodynamic, behavioral, and emotion-focused therapies. Her clinical work includes supporting clients with severe mental illness, trauma, self-worth issues, and life transitions. She is dedicated to creating a safe, empowering space rooted in a strong therapeutic relationship, tailoring her work to each client’s identity and values with compassion and authenticity.
